Hi - I'm Heather!
I’ve been passionate about holistic health since my teenage years. From the start, I was drawn to the idea that our interconnectedness with nature could be the key to supporting our balance and vitality. Over the decades, I’ve delved deeply into the world of herbal medicine and holistic health, immersing myself in self-study and formal education to explore the powerful ways plants can support health and healing.
In 2007, I earned my midwifery degree and became a Certified Professional Midwife, attending over 300 births. Those experiences profoundly shaped my belief in the innate wisdom of women’s bodies and the natural world. While I’ve since transitioned from active midwifery, my dedication to supporting new and expectant mothers continues to guide my work as an herbalist.
As a Certified Women’s Herbal Educator and menstrual educator, I’m skilled in various fertility awareness methods, including Symptothermal, Creighton, and Marquette. I firmly believe every woman deserves to understand her body’s unique rhythms, treating this knowledge as an essential "sixth vital sign."
In my practice, I create personalized herbal formulations tailored to your needs. My garden is a cherished space where I cultivate many of the herbs featured in my dispensary. When I can't grow it myself, I prioritize organic, sustainable, and ethically wildcrafted ingredients. From teas and tinctures to powders and topical remedies, I prepare much of the medicine I use, ensuring exceptional quality, keeping costs accessible, and passing those benefits on to you.
Helping others harness the healing power of nature is not just my work—it’s my calling.
